I saved WInRaR from the link you shared, but noticed it wasn’t the official site. I haven’t experienced any unusual issues after installation, but I’m not entirely sure it was a safe download. Since you just got your new PC, I’d be glad to help ensure everything is in good shape. Thanks!

If you haven't set it up yet, everything is secure. Software updates are usually easier than just getting the files.
