Hello i have problem with my computer it started when i changed in csgo shadows quality from very low to high then i went to play competetive on mirage and after like 10 minutes my whole computer freezed. I had to turn off and on the computer. I had 1 file corrupted when i checked the files of csgo trough steam. Everytime i changed shadows quality and then checked game files trough steam it had 1 corruped file. This started happening like 2 days after i installed new update on windows. Then i started getting bluescreens with error DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION after several bluescreens when i booted into windows everything was blinking i tried installing new drivers for graphics card but it didnt help. Then i couldnt boot anymore into windows it just freezed when it was showing windows logo and then turned off. I did clean installation of windows with usb but it didnt help either i started seeing blue lines on blurred things and some colors even on my desktop. I tried different HDD, Move RAM to different slot, install different drivers for GPU but nothing helped. Now my second monitor isnt receiving any signal, desktop works fine now ( I still see blue lines in blurred things and some colors) but when i launch any game it doesnt start or it freezes my computer or i get bluescreen with the same error. In device manager i have yellow exclamation mark and in description it says The device was stopped because it reported a problem. (code 43) with every driver i tried to install even older drivers. I checked temps of GPU,CPU,HDD everything is normal i even runned heaven benchmark on max settings for half an hour and it runned perfectly fine. So is my GPU failing or whats the problem? specs: GTX 760 Windforce Intel i5 4590S 8Gb Ram (Probably OEM Lenovo Thinkcentre E93) Motherboard OEM Lenovo Thinkcentre E93 Coolermaster 650W PSU (bought few months ago) Edit: I tried running roblox and it works on like 3 fps but it runs and in task manager it shows the cpu is running on 100% but it doesnt show any graphics card even integrated hd graphics
It looks to me like your GPU is crying for mercy. I'd look into getting a replacement, as I don't think your current one is going to last much longer lol. This is a very bad sign, the fact that it doesn't even show your GPU is worrying. Not sure why it's not showing your I-GPU is weird, so maybe it's just task manager being quirky. Try doing this: Windows Search bar --> search "Device Manager" --> Display Adapters. You should see both your GPUs there, as shown in my PC below. The other thing you should do is completely remove your GPU, and just run directly off your CPU's integrated graphics. Remember that you'll have to switch your monitor's cable from the GPU to the Motherboard's HDMI slot (or whatever it is).
I successfully removed the graphics card and no more artifacts appear. Roblox is running smoothly, no lag detected. Time to switch to a new GPU.
This GPU is far beyond what you need anymore. A new one is definitely required. The RX 6600xt is really demanding.
