Thanks! It was actually a prebuilt I received for 18,000 PHP (about 318 USD) during the pandemic. It originally came with an i3-6100 processor, which handled things okay until you start running multiple tasks. Genshin would fully utilize that CPU. The game works fine, but the operating system would run very slowly.
