They blamed me, but I checked everything and only got up to 100mbs via Ethernet. It seems we should be on a higher-tier plan. Since I'm near many networks, it might be the issue.

You should aim for the speed you’re paying for occasionally. In late evening or early morning when neighbors are resting, full performance should be expected. Struggling at 100Mbit while wired often points to a cable or network adapter issue. Are you connected directly to the router for that test? Have you experimented with various cables?
