Your i7 5820k with the Cooler Master V8 is running cooler than expected, but temperatures rise when you play games. It’s not necessarily a problem yet, but keep an eye on it as usage increases.

The temperatures are acceptable while playing, but your cooling performance is still elevated. Have you considered applying more thermal paste?

Do you have the High Performance power plan enabled? The 10-12°C range seems minimal compared to the difference between idle and gaming. How much CPU activity are you seeing when the system is idle?
