I have a Ryzen 3700X with a Corsair H100i (240mm radiator). I'm managing this setup using Ryzen Master. On idle, the temperature stays near 45°C. After running a Stress Test in Ryzen Master, the peak reached 75°C. The display in Ryzen Master confirms the maximum is 95°C. This indicates the CPU's upper limit but doesn't confirm it has actually reached that temperature.

It's perfectly acceptable if the idle sits around 60. You might encounter more issues then. Stress tests are usually done in isolation, so unless you're heavily rendering, you won't face such extreme demands.
