Hi. I get the screen from beneath. I know the usb issue but asides from that the motherboard seems to recognized my cpu as 7800x3d. Also I am using the on board graphic slot. Now here is the thing I am using anew motherboard and it lights up the eazy debug lights for cpu and ram. So could it be that they are broken?

@Fred Castellum As mentioned earlier, now that I own a new motherboard, the issue is with the RAM and CPU debug lights. With the previous one, I could bypass them, but there was a screen warning about a broken USB port. My concern is whether the CPU and RAM were faulty instead of the motherboard itself. It seems unlikely since the old board recognized both components. The current specs are: MSI B650 Tomahawk, 7800X3D, and 6000MHz G-Skill Trident Z. I haven’t connected my RTX 4090 ROG Strix yet, worried that any damage could impact the GPU.

It might be the motherboard, CPU, or RAM here—it's hard to say without swapping components for testing. Try starting with just one RAM stick; if that fails, switch to the other one. Use slot 0 on the motherboard for the RAM. If that doesn't help, continue eliminating parts until you find the cause. Your earlier USB overcurrent problem seems unrelated—do you have another keyboard you'd like to try? It probably isn't the main issue but it's worth checking.
