When the connection was only 30% down, it was barely usable. A drop in speed meant less access to the network servers. Any score under 30% is not acceptable.

It's the Nvidia Shield Portable I was checking out, aiming for 720p. That should work well for the display size and I'm comfortable with 30fps.
