The issue might lie with g2030, and you won’t manage much lower than that. However, it shouldn’t rely on 95% usage. Also, don’t use YouTube in a higher resolution than your screen. It’s not the same as SSAA, right?

However, the focus should be reduced. The same applies to 60fps videos in Chrome—I attempt to play a 1080p 60FPS clip and experience lag—but in Internet Explorer, it runs smoothly without any stuttering.

I don't understand the reason behind this behavior, but it appears to halt when you reduce its size, even though the CPU fan increases speed when active. When I close it, the fan slows down.
