On phone, formatting problems might appear. My Z790 AORUS PRO X board, bottom fans, and the GFORCE ROG STRIX 4090 graphics card are causing trouble. It looks like the card is too large for the PCIE 16 slot where I usually test things. I’m trying to fit it in but having difficulty without damaging it. I’m concerned about forcing it or applying too much pressure. Can this card actually fit into a x16 slot? Would I need to mount it vertically?

It seems you're dealing with issues with your AIO system. You may need to use the top-mounted tubes to ensure the 4090 fits properly.

You're wondering if moving the card into the X16 slot after reorienting the AIO vertically will be secure. That's a good question—just make sure you double-check the installation steps for stability.

Sure, simply rotate the AIO to direct the tubes out from the rad at the top. Alternatively, place the entire rad on top of the case.

I’ll double-check to make sure it’s targeting the AIO tubes. The second photo might be misleading due to perspective, not actual placement.
