Typically you'll find a CBS log file that shows which files were found corrupted and replaced. Review it to see the replacements made near the end. Make sure you ran the DISM command first; it checks the component store used by sfc for replacements. For more details, refer to the guide at https://rtech.support/guides/dism-sfc/. Also, during Windows installation it connects and downloads updates, which can sometimes cause issues.
