I'll attempt to reinstall them. I mistakenly encountered artifacts on the card I believed was valid and exchanged them.

If the card lacks a USB-C port, you might turn off connected devices and avoid concerns (this seems to work for 20x0 NVidia cards with USB-C output)

Reflecting on the past, the retro computer was the reason I didn’t upgrade to Windows 10. Windows Media Center was the solution.

It's completely feasible that the graphics card drivers aren't available or functioning properly on Windows 7. Don't worry about it too much.
