Small FFT will cause the most CPU usage; blending will distribute stress more uniformly across all parts. For VRM testing, I recommend Small FFT.

ok ty and like I said I just upgraded cpu + mobo + ram besides igpu drivers? what others should I install? any good practices while installing them?

also, the cpu temperatures are increasing rapidly, the motherboard stays at 47c i don’t know why the cpu max temps are at 66c compared to the reported 89c, probably the motherboard sensor isn’t very accurate
