For instance, with a Legion 5 setup and a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 4GB GPU, are there any guidelines or tables available for recommended resolutions? Please note your focus is on 1440p during regular tasks, not gaming, and you're mainly interested in screen real estate while using applications like Excel. Note 2: I'm less worried about the laptop's panel limits and more about the display quality when connected.

When the laptop includes a 1440p display, it can support that resolution. If the refresh rate is higher, it would have been considered. Integrated or separate GPUs have been able to achieve this resolution for a long time now.
