I adjusted the NB to align with the CPU voltage since I increased it from the default to 1.38V.

you don't have low overclock since the cpu is overheating. the heat comes from higher voltage. more voltage creates more heat. you keep increasing the voltage in an attempt to stabilize the cpu. however, in my view, you can't achieve any further overclock because the chip itself doesn't perform well under that stress. professional reviews of phenoms show people rarely reach 4.0ghz—they're not even close. the issue lies with the chip's capabilities, not your skill. i can easily hit 4ghz, while some cpus manage it and others don't.

55c at 3.8GHZ is too warm for a watercooled PC. My CPU runs at 3.856GHz with a maximum load of 52c on AIR. Private message me and we'll sort this out...
