Check the RAM installation carefully.
Wrong RAM positioning won't lead to blue screens. It might prevent booting or cause issues with dual channel operation. If BSODs appear, hardware problems are likely present.
All the issues point to RAM, so I replaced it but the problem continues. I’m wondering if the motherboard might be the cause.
RAM speed and CPU performance are key factors in system efficiency.
If the memory controller is the issue, you'd have to swap out the CPU. The memory controller belongs to the CPU. However, aside from DOA, it's unlikely it will fail suddenly.
Ensure access to Windows, navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump and verify presence of minidump files. If available, return to the Windows directory and transfer the Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (use desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and send it via a post. Follow all guidelines strictly as Windows restricts file handling in that area.
