You can likely use the 8GB RAM at 3200 MHz or slightly lower. The Ryzen 2600 supports up to 3200 MHz, so setting it to that frequency should work fine. If you go higher, performance might drop. Avoid 3400 unless your CPU and system are specifically rated for it.

You might attempt it, though I question your chances of achieving that speed. It could be possible, but I wouldn’t invest in it. I’d personally adjust the timing and lock it at 3200mhz since that’s ideal for both first- and second-generation Ryzen processors.

Confirm your setup matches 3766mhz on a Ryzen 5 2600? You might have enabled XMP but it could revert to 2133mhz by default. Check with CPU-z—Zen and IMC don’t handle such high frequencies well. I assumed you meant you’ve already configured it, but the reality is Zen + IMC struggles significantly above 3200mhz.

XMP won't fit, your CPU+Mobo can't manage it. Still don't worry, just set the multiplier to 32 for the memory and use timing values like 14 14 14 36... it'll be perfect and should work well because the memory is very well organized. You'll find many tutorials on YouTube about how to configure those settings.

I find the concept of voltage interesting. In the video, it seems there are three types, and you might need to adjust both the main voltage and the secondary one. For running at 3200, you should fill the appropriate values in those boxes accordingly.
