Bought this MOBO for a great price and trying to repair it. There is a scratch at the back from what I assume is some weird screw installation mishap but it doesn't seem deep. Do you guys think this will still be okay?

It might be acceptable, but it really depends on the depth. The number of copper layers and their functions matter. Typically, around screws act as ground planes, which could be fine if well-designed. However, you can't tell for sure just from a photo.

I’d still attempt it myself. If it fails—well, it’s not as if you’re completely out of options if it was a great deal—but if it doesn’t, reaching out to the seller for a refund would be a viable next step depending on your source.
