It's unusual for the ASUS TUF GTX 3080 to hit 84°C during gaming, especially since it was only 70°C while playing. Those high temperatures could indicate overheating issues. Check the cooling system, ensure fans are working, and consider cleaning dust from vents. If it keeps rising, consult a professional for diagnostics.

It should naturally slow down before overheating. Are all the fans working properly? The temperatures on those cards seem consistently high based on what you observe. The room’s ambient heat might also be contributing to the issue. What are the VRAM temperatures?

Thanks for your message. I understand the situation. The GPU temperature is around 70°C and memory temperature is 82°C. You should try lowering the power or checking for any cooling issues to prevent overheating.

Played a random game, then opened the icon and noticed something strange: my temperature isn’t dropping at all.
