It will work, though I’d prefer a larger power supply unit.

GTX 650 at 1080p maximum settings ranges from 83 to 97.2 for CPU, and 105 to 137.3 for GPU depending on specs. With a 650 Ti Minimum, performance exceeds expectations. For other titles, consider removing the GPU and using a dedicated one later. The 4690K should comfortably run LoL even at high settings, and mid-high tweaks can push it past 60. Using an Athlox X4 760 on an FM2+ board will likely hinder your experience unless you're targeting niche games.

Most internet cafes in my country offer specs similar to an old PC, usually with a 650 to 740 in. I went to one yesterday with a friend. We played League for about seven hours and never felt any lag at 1080p, the performance stayed strong throughout.

I analyze the specifications of every device I use. That machine in the internet cafe features a 650 2GB GDDR5 chipset paired with an i3-4130 processor and 4GB RAM. It consistently runs smoothly at around 130-150 FPS during ultra settings, so I believe it should handle the workload without issues even though the 760K memory is inferior to the 4130.

I'm in favor of a significantly improved setup at this cost! Or consider swapping the i3 for the g3258 and boosting its speed.
