It's quite simple to play in the league; even a potato could handle it. 60 fps+ ultra mode works well.

It should work well at high and ultra speeds without shadows, though you might not see many frames per second. At ultra settings, especially during intense particle battles, performance could drop to around 5-10 FPS. A 650 Ti would handle it much more smoothly.

It varies based on the resource and configuration. As mentioned earlier, a potato can handle it. You shouldn't face any issues.

He has the same configuration and consistently maintains at least 100 fps, even on a low-end machine. My own computer can handle it smoothly, staying between 60 and 80 fps. 5 to 10 frames per second? That's unrealistic.

Your 750Ti and G3258 are delivering around 140 FPS, which should be about 60 right now. It might be worth upgrading to a better GPU unless you intend to replace it next year. Pricing can be tricky, but a GPU around $150 is quite steep. If you're confident in the current setup, consider sticking with it; otherwise, look for alternatives.
