Check the cables yourself first. It’s important to verify their performance before making any decisions.

You can perform a simple check using a multi-meter: https://www.techwalla.com/articles/how-t...nnectivity There are affordable cable testers available, such as this one: https://www.amazon.com/Locations-Explore...076DP1534/ More advanced devices that measure signal loss exist, but they are unnecessary for basic coax tests unless you're doing professional work.

I understand your concern. Would you need someone to verify the signal loss? This will help confirm if the cable meets quality standards.

You’re questioning if you received a fair price since low-cost options often mean lower quality. The brand Commscope is commonly associated with major cable providers like Comcast. It could raise concerns about reliability. What purpose does this coax serve?

It's for a mobile hotspot using an omni-directional satellite for LTE. I purchased them on eBay from a listing with a low stock, which didn't look suspicious. I expected extra cables from a business supply, but they weren't labeled. Each cost around $12 for a 25-foot length.
