I'm trying to understand the issues you're experiencing with your Windows 10 build 10240. It seems like your mouse freezes during gameplay or general use, causing the screen to go black temporarily. You can still hear audio, but resetting the PC resolves the problem. The error link you shared appears to be related to a blog post on Dropbox, but it doesn't directly explain the symptoms you're facing.

No, I haven't performed a clean installation of 10.

I tried it about three times but still can't figure out the issue.

Sounds like a tough attempt if you haven’t completed the clean installations.

I completed the Prime95 stress test and everything is functioning properly—smooth performance at 70% usage, no overheating, and stable RAM. My PSU is operating without power drops and running cool. Any further tests you should consider?

I believe I'll need to revert to Windows 8.
