The upgrade size is 2.74GB. You're receiving the complete OS installation alongside the update, which will run during Windows with the latest system. After completion, it will restart and act as though you upgraded from an older version to a newer one. The process may be slow, particularly if many users in your area are also updating or using build 9860.
