Spoiler details i7-4820k Corsair 4x4 (16GB) RAM Rampage Iv gene matx SLI Titan X Maxwell. My monitor occasionally drops signal unexpectedly. Initially I tested the RAM, swapped them at similar usage levels, but performance remains low—only 7.95GB instead of the full 16GB. The spec reader and cpuz see 16GB with all slots filled, yet it operates in triple or dual channel mode rather than quad. BIOS lists A1/B1/C1/D1 RAM but shows only A1, B1, C1, D1, while the closest ones (B1 and D1) aren’t showing up. This is confusing. Have I lost memory? Are there dead slots? Could be a problem. I recently cleaned my whole PC and custom loop, but static seems unlikely. Being on older hardware, before buying replacements I’d appreciate your advice. Please check the photos for reference. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Speccy mentions its quad when it's operational, Cpu-z confirms the same, and the site notes it supports quad. The image also displays triple channel. Another example shows four sticks for quad channel mode, but it doesn't clarify the issue further.
