It might have been different, but I believe it was just the angle (I wouldn’t accept this when setting up my PC ^^). It looked okay at first. I’m not an expert, so maybe you’ll all advise me never to remount my CPU and AIO when they’re in this condition. Still, I had to give it a shot—just in case I need to swap out some parts later. If it’s fixable, I’ll take it, because I don’t want to waste it (I’d prefer a less powerful system for now).

I acknowledge the situation is unclear and it wasn't what I expected. Please let me know if you have any details to share.

It seems the aio is likely gone.

Maybe yes. Regarding the marks and stripes, what AIO would you prefer? I’m considering an H115i capellix with RGB lighting. Honestly, it would give me full control over the fans, and the cooling performance looks solid. If I want something even more powerful, upgrading to a hotter CPU would be straightforward.

If you're serious about going AIO, I wouldn't recommend it since you can easily find a better air cooler. The Arctic Liquid Freezer II series stands out as one of the top AIO options available and at a lower price. For an air cooler, the Sycthe Fuma 2 would be a great choice—it performs better and is more reliable.

Thanks! I received an RMA return and am sure you won’t have to pay anything. I’ll let you know if the issue was truly with the product.
