The "multi" claim seems questionable. It appears the setup uses both WiFi and LTE. For most games, latency below 20ms is acceptable, with under 6ms being ideal. Bandwidth stays within 128Kbit in each direction for most titles, even poor ones, making it feasible on LTE. Fiber connections outperform xDSL, cable, and wireless options for gaming. Wireless performance is inconsistent and can strain the network.

Your setup is configured to connect directly over Wi-Fi to your Wi-Fi extender, and then use Ethernet from the extender to your laptop.

It's about SpeedTest enabling several connections at once to the server, not using both WiFi and mobile data together. This feature is now common in most speedtest products.

Online gaming typically allows a lot of bandwidth, which is more than sufficient. You could likely stream high-definition video at that quality.

Testing speed isn't very useful if you're looking for real performance. As mentioned, gaming doesn't require much bandwidth—just a 2/1 connection works fine. The main concern is whether your WiFi can maintain a steady connection. You should perform longer file transfers and observe any slowdowns or disconnections while doing so. The impact depends on how long the connection drops affect your gameplay.
