You're encountering an issue where the BIOS interface shows an error about an invalid BIOS file. Make sure the flash drive you're using is correctly formatted as FAT32 and matches the version your PC requires. Double-check the file name after renaming it and ensure it matches the original installation media.

Which system you're using? Where did you save the file? What steps did you take? It's hard to figure out what happened without more details.

The file came from an external source. The exact steps I took aren’t included here.

The main focus is the hardware aspect. What actions were taken regarding the ZIP file, BIOSRenamer, and flash drive?

I attempted another USB drive to ensure there was no problem with the original one.

Occasionally things don’t make sense with no clear explanation. To fix it, I tried the BIOS flashback method, which worked out fine. BIOS flashback involves connecting the USB drive to the designated port on the back and pressing the small button next to it. Make sure to follow the steps in your motherboard manual carefully.
