This trend of buying items you won’t use and reselling them at higher prices is really misleading.
I think the main need is for personal use, suppliers are struggling to keep up, more individuals are assembling their own PCs or purchasing them than ever before. The ideal solution would be an app that notifies you when items are back in stock.
I think this time there is a genuine need for the product and many people are buying it for that. But because of the nvidia fiasco, many scalpers jumped on this as they could smell the blood in the water... It's sickening really and retailers and suppliers should really rethink how products are released

Those who paid high prices for scalping are justified in being exploited. Right now, AMD has largely surpassed Intel in performance, and Intel still struggles to regain ground. It's rare for consumers buying chips at retail prices to notice a substantial performance boost that would justify paying premium rates. I suspect you're facing a similar challenge. If you can find them through a retailer, purchase one. If not, holding until your order arrives won't cost you much.
