It seems you're facing challenges with your Corsair AIO and Logitech mouse on Linux. Unfortunately, support for these devices depends entirely on the manufacturer. AMD provides instructions to turn on Freesync on Linux here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-754

I might be a bit old-school, but why bother with an app for a mouse or AIO? If it's RGB, I'd just use OpenRGB—you can even set this up before switching, since it's available on Windows. It functions with my MSI mobo headers, MSI GPU, and Logitech G Pro Wireless. For fan or pump control, BIOS is the better option first, rather than relying on an app. Stability matters. FreeSync works well on my NVIDIA card paired with an Acer monitor that supports G-SYNC, just like Windows. I don’t have AMD to test (I was hoping for it, but a 6800XT still exceeds $2000 here, so perhaps it’s not worth it yet).

LiquidCtl supports the H100i but runs via CLI without a graphical interface. It may require Solaar if you need one, which offers a GUI. Piper (libratbag) could also help with configuration. Make sure you're using an Xorg session, not Wayland. Official support exists but is limited; unofficial assistance is available.

This device runs independently with its own controller, so it doesn’t appear in the BIOS. You can manage it via Windows, but any future adjustments won’t work through the BIOS.
