I've been playing on an old computer getting around 20 FPS in Minecraft and I've been fine at 30 FPS on another game. Being able to run Skyrim at low settings with 20-30 FPS would be amazing. I'm not too particular like most people here, I'd just want to enjoy the experience without stress.
I've been playing GMod a lot, so I can always return to it and play smoothly. My PC doesn't crash much, and once I land a job in a year or two, I'll have the funds to build something real. This game is basically a gift, so it's mostly just keeping me going until I get a steady income.
Do you know the expected duration of these parts at that cost? I've already placed the CPU and GPU orders, but I'm waiting until Friday to see if the price will stay the same or drop below $200.
I switched to a 1TB version rather than the 500GB one—it's the identical drive, just the larger capacity.
It looks like you're planning to wait another week before making a purchase, especially for the holiday sales with great deals.
