Check stock for Ryzen 3 3100 and 3300 models
Hey everyone, I'm based in the USA and have been keeping an eye on key retailers such as Newegg, Amazon, and MicroCenter (just two miles away). I've ordered both the 3300x and 3100 CPUs from B&H, but they've all been delayed multiple times. The latest backorder is expected around July 16th. These parts haven't shown up at MSRP since they launched, and MicroCenter hasn't had them in stock at all. My Newegg alert was set for automatic notifications once the items arrived, but I haven't received any updates. Amazon carries the 3100 model, though it's listed at a higher price from a third-party seller. So far, I haven't found either CPU anywhere else. Is this just a series of disappointments, or is the launch proving to be tough?
Very rarely seen now, these items once received strong endorsements from tech influencers, which led to widespread interest. However, today's cyber threats might be disrupting deliveries and shipping, so staying calm is essential.
I understand. I often came across YouTube videos and Reddit discussions about people's builds using those CPUs. I hadn't noticed how scarce they are. It's reassuring to see others talk about the challenges, especially with the current global circumstances.
I wasn’t familiar with the 3100 until Linus shared a video today, and I searched for it but couldn’t find a cheaper option than a 3200G. Fine.
