Many programs appear fine at first, but some have very small fonts inside boxes, making them difficult to read. Adjusting the font size via settings would make everything excessively large while keeping small items at their usual size. This isn't a viable fix. It looks like Windows still struggles with this issue after over a decade, and it seems to affect only 4K displays.

Main issue is still the low resolution... few people have 4K, and if it's too tiny, adding a bigger panel could help. I don’t own a 4K screen—just had a 30-inch 2600x1600 one for 18 years. When the text gets too small to read, pressing Ctrl and scrolling with the mouse wheel has been useful. EDIT: I guess I just noticed... my 30-inch monitor could actually participate."

It seems Windows should really focus on fixing things, right? Yeah... I'm watching a 55-inch 4K TV. The internet magic is pretty cool.

Windows only allows font scaling when the application employs the Windows API. Reach out to the developers for assistance with this problem.

It's not clear if you're using full scaling. I don't have any problems with 4K at 100% scaling (42" LG C2).
