Hey everyone, I was thinking about lowering the voltage on my laptop, the RTX 4050, and checking out some Reddit posts for advice. How much should I reduce it to safely? I’m using MSI Afterburner.

Any undervolting is secure though there are boundaries on the minimum voltage for consistency. Begin with a small adjustment and evaluate. Each pair of parts differs.

The title appears confusing; it seems to reference a specific processor model rather than the BIOS feature. Are you asking about the i5-12400, i5-12500, or i5-12450H? Understanding the laptop model is important so we can check if its UEFI settings support undervolting.
