It's fully secure, though the 15% isn't enough to be considered a heavy load. What cooling method are you looking for?

Verify voltage levels, reinstall mount, reapply coating, my R20/22 temps reach a peak of 82°C while drawing around 180W, ~20°C outside, 1.32V output.
