I was attempting the 30-minute benchmark, but after about ten minutes my temperatures rose to 87*, so I ended the test. I'm using Prime95, which is very demanding, but it's getting too hot, isn't it? I suspect the fan mounting might be the issue—I have no idea, since my regular load and idle temps are fine. I plan to download AIDA64 and run a stress test, but I doubt the stock cooler will cope.

Below 90 degrees causes throttling, but the temperatures shouldn't be too high. Try running AIDA64 to check if you need to replace the cooler. You may have to purchase fresh thermal paste.
