Check request for Build question on Ryzen 5 5600x with RX 3060 12GB and 32GB RAM
Hello,
Please let me know if there are any issues or cost problems with my build, especially for gaming and light Blender tasks.
I prefer a lower price over higher costs. Games like Elden Ring and POE2 come to mind, along with any new options that might appear.
My current blender setup works fine without problems, even though it can’t run PUBG.
Stick to 1080P with the same GPU or you’ll be unhappy.

If you decide to keep using the 1440p screen, it might be wise to invest more in the graphics card. I’m not certain if your needs support AMD cards, but if they do, you could find options like the 6700 XT/6750 XT/6800 for under €400 and on the Nvidia side the 4060 Ti (8GB only). The other choice is either opting for a 1080p display or adjusting your games to run at 1080p.
Thank you guys for replying.
Through Why_Me's cost cuttings, I can now look at the following build, in which I cling to 1440p, by choosing the rx 6800.

Thoughts?
3060 works well at high settings for most games from 2022 onward, especially when using DLSS. It's better than Radeon in Blender. Some reports suggest the 4060/4060Ti may outperform older models for AI visual tasks. A PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD is recommended. You might manage with a 650W power supply and a smaller CPU cooler if you don't plan to upgrade later.
