After completing my build, I attempted to install Windows on one of my Kingston Fury Renegade 2tb M.2 SSDs. In the BIOS they appear as a raid setup, but when trying to install Windows there are no drives listed in the setup menu. Additionally, the drive isn’t showing up as a bootable option either in the BIOS.
Advise to use something other than u12a in your intel spaceheater setup. Consider an air-cooled unit, IceGiant gravity system, or a custom loop design.
Turn off RAID settings in BIOS unless you intend to use them in RAID mode, which requires the Intel Rapid Storage preinstall driver on your motherboard. For simplicity, if you don’t need RAID, remove the one installed at the bottom during the Windows setup and then reinstall it.
I'll give it a shot—I got that cooler because the nearby shop ran out of stock. Planning to pick up a 360 AIO.
