I'm heading to Gamescom this Wednesday. Thinking about which games to explore: 1. Forza 6 2. Rise of the Tomb Raider 3. Ratchet and Clank 4. Shadow Warrior 2 5. Star Wars Battlefront 6. Mirror Edge Catalyst 7. Unravel 8. Quantum Break 9. MGS: V 10. Hearthstone Expansion TGT 11. Overwatch 12. Uncharted 4 I'm not sure if all these titles will be available at the event. After I return, I'll share my impressions of the games I've tried. If you have any recommendations to add to my list, feel free to mention them below.
The GW2 expansion info is likely still coming out later than expected... I'm really looking forward to #3 and #5. Oh, don't forget about Uncharted!
For fans of MMORPGs, checking out Blade and Soul or Wildstar could be worthwhile, especially if they're not part of a single NCSoft event. Wildstar is likely to release more details about the F2P feature soon, possibly with a specific launch date. (Hope it works out).
The latest WoW expansion could either enhance the experience or cause issues. Are you feeling alone in your thoughts about it?
I don’t really enjoy MMORPGs, but I’ll give it a shot if they have interesting statues or booths. I’ll definitely record it. There’s a huge number of people—over 400k over four days—so it might take a while to even start playing...
Well I'll be at the blizzard area most likely I will check it out, but I will imagine that there will be better coverage of it online. Also, I have never played WoW so I will not know if it's good or bad... I'm not sure if you're allowed to record stuff but if I can I will, most likely potato quality but you know I don't have a good camera only a one plus one.
Looks promising! It seems online coverage will improve since Blizzard has been promoting the release for a while. Honestly, if you haven’t played the game yet, maybe you shouldn’t waste too much time there—there’s plenty more to explore that could be more engaging.
