He used the Threadripper 3990x's task manager as a screen display. It has a 4-bit 14x9+2 resolution. I found it interesting and wondered how he managed it. Is this approach common? The video on Bilibili shows it clearly—just click play without needing to read Chinese.

It’s unclear if this applies, but theoretically a program could schedule a specific task on a particular core and trigger actions at set times to generate desired workload.
