Hi, for a GTX 970 you can achieve around 60 FPS at 1080p with the highest settings in GTA 5.

Maybe it’s better to let others handle it instead.

Using these configurations on my 970 gives consistent 60fps performance. Water quality remains excellent, and Nvidia MFAA is active in the NVIDIA control panel.

Sure thing! Here’s a rephrased version of your settings:

Your system is packed with high-end components: an I7 4790K processor, 12GB of Corsair Venge RAM, and multiple SSDs running at 1600MHz. You’re using the F60 Corsair Sandforce GT 120GIG drive alongside an OCZ Vertex 2 60GIG drive, all connected via SATA II/1st generation drives. The setup is configured for GTA V GTX 970, aiming for stable 60-120 FPS at 1080p with around 71 FPS on average.

Current configuration details:
- FXAA: Off
- MSAA: Off
- NvidiaTXAA: Off
- Vsync: Off
- Pause Game On
- Focus Loss: On
- Population Density: MAX
- Distance Scaling: MAX
- Texture Quality: Very High
- Shadow Quality: Very High
- Reflection Quality: Very High
- Water Quality: Very High
- Particles: Very High
- Grass Quality: Very High
- Soft Shadows: Soft
- Post FX: Very High
- Motion Blur Strength: Custom setting
- Anisotropic Filtering: X16
- Ambient Occlusion: High
- Tessellation: Very High

Performance notes:
- You’re using Extended Distance Scaling at 35% or 40%.
- Overall setup is optimized for visuals but may need tweaks for smoother frame rates.
- Consider adjusting some settings if you want better FPS without sacrificing quality.

Good luck with your game!
