Hi everyone, I've been using a reliable Ryzen system for 4 years now. It's finally showing its limits when doing heavy workloads. I'm planning to switch to an Intel i7-14700-based computer (not the K version) so it can handle heavier tasks like running local AI models with my CPU, setting up virtual machines in Sonoma, and developing code while still keeping my RX 6600 graphics card and DDR4 RAM to save money. I'd really appreciate your help picking out a good motherboard, a cooling fan, and a power supply within my budget. Stability and long-term reliability are super important for me! Budget Breakdown: (Total price around Rs 60K) CPU (i7-14700): Rs 30,000 fixed Motherboard + Cooling Fan + Power Supply: Rs 30,000 total Things to Upgrade: CPU: Intel i7-14700 (non-K) Motherboard: Please suggest a cheap but decent Asus or Gigabyte board that works with DDR4 RAM and has good power delivery. Cooler: Something air-cooled for quiet operation in the budget range. Power Supply: Just enough for my new setup. I'll reuse my existing Corsair Vengeance 32GB (two sticks of 16GB each) DDR4 RAM at 3600MHz. Graphics Card: ASUS RX 6600 with 8GB VRAM. Storage: Two hard drives, one 2TB WD Black NVMe and one 500GB SATA SSD. Case: Ant Esports 611 with RGB lights. I usually check mdcomputers.in or amazon.in for deals. This project is a little over 2 weeks away from now. My location is in India, so I'm looking for online sellers only.

Here are three cheap motherboards on Amazon that work well with RAM and have decent power supplies. They cost between 6,000 and 17,000 INR.

Thanks for your tips from Lutfij. If I choose DDR5, which setting should I pick?
