Check Monitor Problems
I have trouble with my monitors and the CPU. It is likely that my CPU broke the Monitors. First, my first monitor got ruined after about a year of use. I saw black and grey lines on it until I fixed it by replacing the screen. Next, I used my second monitor which was given to me by my brother and swapped with the old one sometimes. This second screen also got broken in just a few days. Like before, it showed black lines at the bottom until I changed the graphics card. Finally, I used my smart TV as a screen through HDMI. I rarely use it now (usually less than two hours). Two days later, the TV started showing small weird movements. When I clicked on words on Facebook pages, the text moved left and right. Since I am not taking any chances anymore, I turned off my computer. Please help me fix this.
Your PC won't damage your picture frame. The trouble comes from old screens, too much time using them, or bad power. Did you try putting those screens on another machine? Do those wavy lines show up just when you turn on the BIOS menu?
I have never tested this thing on another computer before. I just thought that my CPU broke both of my monitors. I bought the two monitors used as second hand items: one came from my cousin and the other was a gift from my brother who had already used it. That's when things got weird because several weeks after my first monitor broke, which I bought from my cousin, my second monitor started breaking too. Just like that, shortly after I used my smart TV as a monitor only to see some distortion, the words on screen moved left and right and looked totally broken. Since I didn't want to risk messing with my smart TV anymore, I unplugged it immediately. My first monitor's power came from the CPU directly, but my second monitor had its own adapter, so did my smart TV.
