Hi everyone. I considered installing the KC3000 NVMe drive but have some doubts from the images you shared. It seems unclear if connecting a SATA device to the board would affect NVMe performance, since it normally runs at PCI-E 3.0 speeds around 500 MB/s.

Both SATA M.2 and NVMe M.2 are essentially the same technology, often referred to as PCIe. This means you can utilize both types, though your current laptop only supports SATA M.2 while being compatible with M.2 NVMe.

This indicates the available bandwidth is divided among connected devices via SATA1. If you're using a SATA device, think about selecting a different port to avoid bandwidth sharing...

Similar to my thoughts... I'm uncertain but will verify by testing with something on the SATA 1 port. Thanks.
