The system doesn't allow XMP settings or BIOS options, and the CPU is a Core i7 6700K. It uses an HP 2B4B Z170 motherboard. The i7 supports only DDR4-2133 officially, but the installed RAM is a DDR4 2666 module. I was unsure since I thought higher speeds require manual tuning or XMP. I’m thinking about upgrading to DDR4 3200 if it fits.
