Hello, I chose to secure my Steam account thinking it had been compromised, only to find out I had to reset my passwords and email before being able to regain access. I was surprised to learn that support took over a month and a half to handle a simple 5-minute request without even responding to my ticket. Has this ever happened before? Should I continue waiting? Have others experienced similar delays? I’m becoming quite frustrated. Any suggestions?
