PPT isn't a constant value. It represents the maximum power the CPU can use. Check the W number next to it—it shows the cap. Right now you're at 100% of 88W. When you turn on PBO, for instance, the PPT becomes almost limitless, allowing the CPU to exceed 88W if needed to boost performance.

When I enable the CPU boost, it runs at 4.2 GHz under full load, achieving 40°C and a power usage of midrange on a 145W scale. If I switch to Ryzen Master boosting, the same speeds reach 70°C plus and 100% power efficiency.

uncertain why a chip maker's utility makes the CPU run hotter at the same speed compared to a motherboard manufacturer's utility, but I’ll stick with ASUS settings. using prime95 to push the CPU to full load on every core kept the system running smoothly at around 40°C with water cooling and Ryzen Master set to Green. The temperature stayed between 40-50% power usage. now, Ryzen Master mentioned it could safely boost the system to 4.5 GHz, but doing so would raise the temperature to 70-75°C while maintaining 100% load on the CPU.
