Hello everyone, I'm setting up a new PC and wanted to check if the specific RAM is available. Does anyone know if this RAM works with the motherboard? The motherboard model is B450M MORTAR MAX MSI. RAM options are Kingston Fury Beast 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200MHz (KF432C16BBK2/16) or G.Skill TridentZ RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200MHz (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR). The CPU is a Ryzen 5 5600X, and I know the board needs a software update for the processor. When I visit the MSI site for compatibility info, I only see support up to the Ryzen 3000 series. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The two rams are secured by the same motherboard and the CPU works well with them. The AMD Ryzen Gen3 series (R5, R7, R9) supports frequencies up to 4133 MHz when using A-XMP OC mode. Updated on January 24, 2022 by ShoXy Added some details

They mention the speeds, not the codes directly—like F4-3200C16D-16GTZR. I understand those speeds work together, but what concerns you is the RAM?

It varies based on your budget and the area where these rams are sold. It also depends on whether you're focused on boosting performance or just upgrading. Generally, Tridentz RGB offers superior performance.
