78% of the GPU is being utilized in afterburner, which is 6.3 out of 8 GB. In Warzone, the game is consuming 5.15 GB of VRAM. Task manager shows 81% usage when COD is closed, dropping to just 17% when it's running.

The GPU handles menus and related graphics, often showing game visuals beneath them. Most titles aim to deliver frames quickly unless VSync is enabled. This results in near full CPU utilization at most times, unless your CPU can't provide frames fast enough. With such high CPU usage you’re likely dealing with a bottleneck—either the CPU is overloaded or it simply can’t maintain the desired frame rate. --found something-- This appears to be a recognized problem with the game. https://support.activision.com/community...ti-i77700k

I added another 8 gigabytes to my system to enable dual-channel memory. The freezing frames that used to occur are now gone, and my frame rate increased from 70 to an average of 110+ fps when using full maximum graphics settings (including ray tracing) in FHD. On 4K with maximum settings, it's around 60 fps. Your CPU usage inside the game never reaches 100% after installing the RAM. Thanks a lot!
