That matches what you've experienced so far. The old PSU still isn't working after all the troubleshooting steps—like swapping RAM, re-seating the CPU, and replacing the CMOS battery. I also removed the GPU, and it behaves just like before. Sometimes when you unplug and plug it back in, either with or without the GPU, it lights up blue, then stops and says no signal. I'm trying to see if this is still within normal limits.

The blue light comes from the RGB lighting on the fans. The power LED handles brightness, while the RGB adds color. Other options don’t match those features.

My setup has no RGB in it, just solid black. The blue indicator on the monitor changes color when connecting or disconnecting an HDMI cable into the motherboard, but the LEDs on the board don't react at all when you try to power it up.

It seems like you're questioning whether the issue is related to the monitor or if it's actually a problem with the power supply unit. You're considering testing another PSU from someone else to see if it resolves the problem.
